What is the most efficient way to train Melee? With and without loot - (not necessarily pray exp)? I know SOS is usually recommended, but what is the next efficient one if I do not want it? Exp rate/hour? [Do suggest pros and cons of method]

Thanks.

Combat stats are 87 Attack 89 Str 84 Def 89 HP 65 Pray.

Yeah, like that zaryte bow

wait

recharge costs = ammo.

So, all melee weapons are overpowered, at least.

this combat triangle finally makes sense...

Ice giants/warriors - Ice dungeon

Lesser demons - Crandor

They are vastly inferior to the SoS though, so you should stick with that. No idea about exp rates, there was a guide a while back...

a Katagon 2H has better DPS on unarmored targets than a rune scimitar at lvl 89 strength.

Granted you can't have an endless stream of monsters in dungeoneering like you can in stronghold of security.

But if you're interested in DG xp, that's the way to go.

dungeoneering fishing is up to 200k xp/hour for thee short time fishing spots last too, which is amazing even in members let alone f2p.

Since when did F2P have access to anything above fractite?

Train your combat via dungeoneering if your cb is below the 90 mark.

Otherwise, giant spiders.

Gravite 2h is also faster strength xp than a scimitar I guess, but it's quite expensive.
