SoulWars
I hate training runecrafting, so do you guys know any methods of easily training it? e.g. pengs (would it be worth it?), Tears of Guthix
holiday
ToG is good. Any effigies you find you can also put towards RC.
Noxx
If you hate RC then ZMI it. It's not as boring as any other way and you can get an easy 40k Exp an hour. That's faster than a lot of other skills. Also putting penguin points, exp lamps, quest reward lamp, etc. into it speeds is up a tiny bit.
green9090
I like to train RC by soloing TDs and using effigy lamps on it. At my level that's ~38k exp/lamp, which is like 25k exp/hour, but your mileage my vary. It's much slower than traditional training but since the cash alone makes it worth going there, it's not as depressing. Besides, I'd much rather spend them on either prayer or herblore, especially when considering my levels.
Quyneax
ZMI until, say, 80. Get some elite diaries done and use the lamps on rc (you need a certain level, for example 83 for the Seer's elite lamps, to use them). Then hunt effigies and open them with stews from level 86 (and 88, 90 and 92 for higher stages) and spend the lamp on rc once you get one (save gorged until you're 90+ rc). That's assuming you intend to get 99 someday.
