Everything else just depends one which stats you need defense for. This is the best use of the shield spot for range training. PM me in game anytime It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet. None of the prayer books are worth using anymore as void+deflector is better for safe spotting and if you need to be tanking damage you're going to want to go for a divine/ely>dg shield>dfs, or in my opinion the better option than that is to get elite void with a soul wars cape and use protect/deflect prayers.
