Quyneax
Bandos prayer book actually has less than saradomin, 4 less. RESULTS
ehhh, thanks for the help guys, but i shoulda clarified.Im looking to straight up buy most of this stuff, and my QP stands at 4(i think) so yeah, I havent got any quests(like is it horror from the deep? for the god books?). I could do the simpler ones if needed, but also I have around 450k to play with.so Fury is out of the window and if Regen is the Onyx bracelet like i presume then so is that... I shouldve asked more to cater for my levels and quest completion, as opposed to the straight up BEST sorry
foursideking
Ok...step 1, quest a ton. Do a ton of quests till you hit 250 qp, then complete wgs, and sell the armor lump to get anything you want. It's what I did to get 77 summoning.
RESULTS
i'm not trying to be antagonistic and counterproductive, but realisticly, I just wanna make sure I can do a pyrefiends task without any problems. getting from 4-270 QP and doing all the required tasks would take me longer than 99 slayer :/ ME anyway.I just wanna be protected against Pyrefiends xD
foursideking
Well, in the longrun, 270qp would benefit more than 99slayer....as for pyrefiends, they're easy to kill....too easy. D'skim, d'hide, lobsters, and an elf crystal teleport (or any 1 click one) are my set-up....just make sure the teleport is close to a bank...for reload purposes... RESULTS
Like i said, i appreciate the effort, but you need to empathise with me for my lower levels and incomplete quests. I had to make 4 trips to earth warriors so im anticipating much the same, because i know pyrefiends hit more often.I'm an experienced player, but I had to start from scratch after lsoing all trace of my old account. I just got a bit lost in all the updates and items and things xD
foursideking
Pyrefiends aren't that high levelled. If you managed to kill earth warriors like that, then pyrefiends should only take 3 trips....good luck though, and if you have any other questions, I'll be hanging around these forums till my computer is ready... RESULTS
hah, I will, thanks. Like i said, I'm quite experienced with the game up until about 2 years ago, then i made a Haitus, and am back, have been for about 3 weeks, unknowing of most of the new updates.Like for instance, Bandos/armadyl things whats the difference between them and zamorak/saradomin books? foursideking
We should take this to pm's....to keep it simple though: armadyl=ranged,bandos=melee/mage (for book only)...
Cheefoo
Go with the best dragonhide you can wear, and try looking into getting elemental/body/mind shields and helms. The quests for them are pretty easy. Quyneax
Climbing boots, blue d'hide, black mask, combat bracelet, glory, your best weapon/cape/ring. Only the mask would exceed your budget but I HIGHLY recommend getting it, as it provides a 15% bonus to your attack and strength on slayer tasks. tigershelby2
Maybe i missed this skimming the replies, but wouldnt it be wise to train mage to raise your base mage def? It wont affect you combat level for a while, if at all, and at the very least, you gain access to the teleports. If you get an air staff you can train with the air-rune only spell for a while to keep cost down. I agree here. Just train your magic up to 40 as well. 40 magic would be just as good as raising the money for any of these here suggested items, probly better than any single item. So get that to around 40 soon. Prayer would also help. Even if you don't hit 40 (if you do, then you can go immune to magic damage for a while, if you ever run out of healing or something), you can still use the stat raising prayer. A simple set of defense / attack / strength potions would also help. Combat 116+; Total 1900+; All Hard Tasks; (Nearly) All quest points; (Nearly) All skills 60+; An aquatic moose ninja.Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well. And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.[hide]Kwimbob now looks exactly like me in real life except for hair color. Yes, this means I look exactly like the protagonist of that certain anime that my second character, Faye_V is also named after. Yes, I bought a jacket that also looks like his. No in real life I don't have a slain bear to sling over my shoulders. Yes, I'm that skinny even if I no-life it for years in basements. No, I can't shoot a gun. Yes, I can win any other strategic video game you have never played - because I probably have, ahahaha. And yes, I also have brown eyes, yet one of my eyes looks different from the other. And yes, I'm completely oblivious to the [real] world around me as I constantly engineer new solutions to daily problems in my head. When I get hungry, all that isn't food can wait. When I'm sleepy - nothing is of any priority in front of sleep. But at any other time, I never slow down. Never give up. Never Surrender. Makes for a good life.[hide]YOU'RE GONNA CARRY THAT WEIGHT.- See You, Space Cowboy.[/hide][/hide]
