February 19, 201115 yr I've decided to go to barrows once again after I finish my trip at rock lobs, and gain some money. I have 86 magic (almost 87), 87 attack and strength, 86 defense, 84 range, and 80 prayer. I don't have chaotics or ovls/extrs. I've got ancients, battle robes, sol, whip, torso, v skirt, korasi's sword, and void + all helms, no deflector. Any suggestions? I do have a bank in burgh de rott.

This is a very outdated method. Your highest level ice spell and a black salamander. Freeze, place yourself diagonally to the brother, and use the sally. I'm positive there's good setups for this in a few of the AOW guides. You could also just straight-up ice burst without bothering with the sally, but I think a sally would be better at your stats. A korasi's sword hits very hard on both Ahrim and Karil, too, which I think would be a better spec weapon at your stats than a DDS (assuming you don't have claws). Barrows isn't amazing money, but I like it, personally. It's very easy. You should aim to do as many trips as possible per hour without banking. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
February 20, 201115 yr Gear: since you won't be tanking Ahrim only (you pray on Karil and safespot the melee brothers), use your max mage gear, e.g. sol + arcstream (worth getting), Ahrim's, barrows gloves, god cloak etc. Prayer bonus isn't so relevant, but if you find that you need more than one dose of ppot per Karil, you should boost it. Equip harralander tars, too. Alternatively you can use void mage (not with deflector due to the salamander being two-handed). Inventory: spade, ice blitz runes, black salamander, korasi's sword, Karil's top/bottom OR void helmets (melee for spec and ranged for Ahrim). You can range Ahrim with the salamander or use Karil's crossbow, not sure which is good, but the salamander would save space. You can bring blood blitz runes to heal if you like. Then bring 4 ppots (16 runs or so) and some baskets of strawberry (5), juju gumbo or just plain monkfish.
