Its dropping because people are selling their items for cash to spend on the double exp weekend. That said, its probably going to rise closer to the weekend so Id say now is the time to buy. In fact I tell people to buy it and use it while they make money, then sell it when they have the cash+value of bandos to buy one of those three things. They cannot afford to utilise prayer or similar with t either. And it started crashing way before BXPW was announced. Although most people don't pk with bandos, Everything that could possibly be used to pk (any weapons/armour) is going to crash sometime in the future.
