i can't get into legends guild to start the quest...guards prattle on and on and on then they unlock the gate and push it open for me....NO SORRY THEY DON'T!!!!....anyone else have/had this problem i have all necessary levels and quests

Check if you can even start the quest (happens sometimes), use the filter in the quest list. Also try logging out and in.

they say that i'm eligible to start the quest and that i should talk to Radimus Erkle...you can go talk to him if you like...yes i reply...you need into building the left guard says...next dialogue box says "guard unlocks the gate and pushes it open for you"...only he doesn't and if i attempt to open it myself i'm just at the top of the whole dialogue again...this is sop frustrating and very,very poor game related glitchy rubbish

It might be that you have to click "click to continue", then the guards open it for you.

 

It's messed up like the apothecary in varrock when making strength potions. Sometimes I press too quickly and i forget to press the last one and don't get a strength potion.
