Shadiochao
Assuming I had all the best chinning gear and levels excluding pernix, what experience per chin would I be looking at on ape atoll? I think by best I mean:Void with deflectorArmadyl ChestplateAmulet of RangingArcher Ring (I)Ranger BootsAva's AlerterRed Chinchompa 99 RangedRigour PrayerExtreme Ranging Potions Steel/Geyser Titan possibly with scrolls If not an exact figure, would an average of at least 350xp per chin be possible with any set-up? JPMC Mate
The gear you mentioned would be 350k xp per hr. Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous. Shadiochao
Thanks I would try it myself, but chins are so expensive at the moment =/Although I don't have the ring yet
ghjkl
I've hit 400k per hour with steel titan+ scrolls+ summ pots to basically constantly scroll.
Levon_
Overloads > ex range It's great you know what you're talking about rustiod. Everything you've said is 100% accurate a true. That being said...your a [bleep]ing [bleep] douchebag, and none of your advice will ever (or should ever) be taken seriously because of it.disregard good advice because the giver is a douche THAT MAKES YOU A BETTER PERSON
JPMC Mate
Obviously Rustoid, but he'd be risking lifepoints, which probably doesn't appeal to him, hence him using extreme ranging potions. Really? Levon_
Last time I checked you didn't take damage while chinning, and the 500lp is healed at the end. Levon_
I saw the title.I posted correct correction He said archer ring so obviously he is not worried about riskingAlso said pernix which implies loads of money available I see no reason not to use overloads It's great you know what you're talking about rustiod. SirIzenhime
would overloads be "efficient" to train with over extreme range?Of course you get better xp/hour, but does the time you save allow you to make more money then the overloads costs? Levon_
Overloads are a by-product of 99 herblore so yes Unless you're a total derp and made serum 207 or something lol It's great you know what you're talking about rustiod. Everything you've said is 100% accurate a true. Quyneax
Even if you made overloads to 99 herblore they are hardly to be wasted, after all you have a finite supply. Also, xp from 96 to 99 isn't extremely valuable because you could get it through effigies etc. over time, and I wouldn't really value my xp at 45 gp/xp, so I'd certainly value my overloads. The difference between xrange potting every 5 mins and overloading every 5 mins is 2.5 levels on average, which is a max of 222 versus a max going from 222 down to 211 or something like it. So you're looking at up to 3% less xp with xrange (but you could repot every 3 or 4 minutes of course). Say, 90 seconds per hour difference - that means you save 90 seconds at the cost of 12 doses of overload per hour minus the cost of 12 xrange doses per hour. Overdose: 5k (+1k herblore xp at 30 gp/xp, pre-bxpw price), xrange dose would be approximately free. So 60k to save 90 seconds - an income of 2.4m/hr approx. If you repot more often than once per 5 minutes you got to take into account banking time, but if you ignore that, repotting every 4 minutes saves you around 60 seconds at a cost of 60k (3.6m/hr), which is about the highest income you can get without merchanting or Nexing (and if you need chinning xp, you are probably not 99 range or suited for Nexing).
