Come on, man. Do we really need to start a flame war now? I will admit that it is annoying that I kept bringing up that the corrupt a wish game is dead and I was the one that killed it. And there is no justified excuse for that.

 

But why can't we have fun and treat each other with respect?

 

In fact I am gonna shut up about being evil and killing the thread/threads now, and just think of other reasons to ban people.

Would you find it amusing if someone shot you in the head? No, you wouldn't. Even if you'd survive you would feel pain for weeks.

Banned for totally missing the overload of sarcasm/comedy/etc. which I was using in my last post. I was aiming for something reminiscent of an anime scene where some character is going overkill nuts on someone else. ;)

Banned because nobody likes that a'hole.

Banned for not taking into account that, unlike Killer, the Grinch's heart grows 3 sizes by the end of the movies he was in.

Banned because that doesn't excuse the horrible things he did for the rest of the movie.

Banned for making it sound like X-mas movies are automatically relevant once it's December.

I can't ban you for not defending that decent-at-best movie, I applaud you for that.

 

Seriously the 2000 movie the Grinch is so stupid. The main villain sucks. The townspeople are idiots who can only think about Christmas, and don't even realize that Christmas has its share of flaws. They're weird and ugly as hell. And worst of all the narrator tells the most obvious things.

 

It does get me into the Christmas spirit, which is why I don't consider it the worst Christmas movie. Elf and Bad Santa are a lot worse as they don't get me into the Christmas mood at all. Bad Santa is about an immature prick, and Elf is about a manchild who is the Christmas version of Ash Ketchum. Yeah, he's really that bad.

 

Banned for thinking Christmas movies are not relevant in December.

Banned for implying they are relevant through *all* of December. They should stay in the week leading up to it, not take up all the air time that good shows use. Worse when Christmas shows/movies still show up after Christmas.

Banned because I agree with that last statement.

 

It's stupid to watch Christmas movies or play Christmas songs in July or August for example.
