Zaps
As of right now, I am 65 Dg and have a Katagon 2h and a Fractite Plate bound. (78 Attack, 45 Defence). I was wondering if it would be better to bind a Katagon Rapier over the platebody to speed up C1 floors since I have the Smithing level to make the fractite armours. HexiledRazz
I wouldn't. You don't want to stop in the middle of a floor to make a platebody. I would suggest keeping the platebody bound, and just using the rapier they give you at the start of the floor to sweep it. It's what i do and it works pretty well. Hexiled Razz. Quyneax
At that defence level the plate doesn't do anything. Get a rapier, break that for a hood once you can. A rapier is better on zombies, shades etc. in larges as well. If you are a vesta pure I suggest getting 80 attack and becoming a chaotic pure, gorgonite weapons are quite a step up :P. green9090
DO: break plate for rapier.DON'T: make yourself fractite armor every floor, or ever. Zaps
DO: break plate for rapier.DON'T: make yourself fractite armor every floor, or ever.I know that, I was just saying I have the Smithing level to re-create it if I need to. I only make armour if I get the ores as a drop, then I make gloves/boots.
