Ok so when i hit 87 herb im planning on stewing to 92 so i can get my ee(e) from seers elite diary. Now my question is, can i make the ranging potion from scratch first THEN boost and make the x range potion? or do i have to stew then make both normal range potion followed by extreme range?

 

EDIT: Also if your wondering why i dont just get 92/4 for the boost for ovls i cant afford it, the farthest i can go with herb atm without breaking myself is 87.

Oh [cabbage], didn't read correctly. You should be able to make ranging pot then stew, but I'm not for sure.

If I remember correctly, I made what I could, then boosted and finished the potion. I was in the same situation as you (same level even). Just make sure you remember to do it all inside the ranging guild :lol:

Yep you can do it in stages. So feel free to make a ranged pot before hand and then stew to get the extreme, it's what I did to finish that diary too :P.

I did exactly that. Made my ranged potion, then boosted and made the extreme potion.

 

Just make sure you don't boost your stew right before a game tick, so that the boost lowers. Getting a +5 boost isn't very easy.

You can boost from 82 fletching with a pot. At least, I'm pretty sure you can...

Don't forget to drink 1 dose IN THE GUILD.

Yep, that's what I did. Got to 88 herb, then boosted to 92(Actually got the boost to 93 before I got 92, on like my second try) :P.
