Guy
If you're interested in combat you should get your strength level up - it is one of the most important when in combat and it's pretty far behind the others. Ranged to 70 is nice for black d'hide, but that can be more long-term. What you want to level up kinda depends on what your goals are to do in the game, eg do you like bosshunting? Might do some Combat... I'm not sure about Boss-hunting as ive never done it, I do enjoy minigames and also i love like levelling up one skill at a time - like thieving i got from 43 to 77 in a day :) <29 Farming><25 Summoning>

Assuming flat rate of 100k xp/hour thats 14.25 hours... If that's legit, then you have more patience than I ever will RIP TET "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." - Friedrich Nietzsche

haimonek
It's always fun to do some skilling. Set certain goals, like for example get all skills 60+, 70+. IF you're going to train combat, I advice you to do it through slayer :)
Grogthurk
I'd get 70 cbs. BUT, it is to your benefit to farm. I don't know if it is that profitable with today's herb prices, but you should still be able to make some decent money. And take that as a "do as I say, not as I do" statement. I only have 59 farming. But from whatever level Avantoe is till 59, I've easily made millions. And it only gets better. Summoning is absolutely pro. 52 for TBird is good. From there you'll want 68 for Bunyip.
1dhunter
I'd get my lvls up for quests. If you dont like questing, strength would be most usefull for either making money/pking/mini games etc...

Quyneax
Assuming you want to max out someday you should focus on questing and all skills 20+, 30+ and 40+.
