Leximunium
My friend says that your summoning level determines your combat level in multi wildy and dueling. Is this correct?

Quyneax
Multiwildy, yes if you have a familiar summoned.Duel Arena, yes always.I don't think your summoning level applies at all anymore? http://www.runescape.com/kbase/guid/pvp_wilderness#summoning "As described in the Getting Started section, familiars do not affect your combat level in terms of deciding whether you can attack or be attacked by a player in a certain depth of the Wilderness." They're about to kill you in multi wildy and you desummon your familiar. "You cannot attack this person anymore"

EDIT: Fixed my first post with the screenshots added in my multi-cb wild screenshots and kept the single-cb screenshots.

"You cannot attack this person anymore" In the previous wilderness rules if you unsummoned your familiar your combat level would decrease after about a minute of not being in combat. You make it sound like running through a few level 87 monsters is hard which it really shouldn't be at your level.
