I also relize that this will not work for pures.... im sry i couldn't think of anything that would really work for you as ghostly give no def I am also aware that the obsidian staff doesn't give and replacements for runes that is is hard to obtain and that if only gives +5 over a normal mage staff... i don't care its what i would use ---- Ok so i was thinking... wouldn't it be cool if there were some nice ways to get decent mage bonus with out breaking the bank. Mystic has a nice bonus but no defence... splitbark is rather difficult to obtain and can take awhile to get and doesn't have that great a mage bonus...Ahrims is just plain expensive.... so i decided to grab some items from tip.it's great item data base and see what i could band together to get good defense and mage bonus. The first type is concentrating on defence and the second is based on mage bonus. all items are easily obtained for a level 60-70+ thought the toktz-maj-tal would take a bit to aquire... I also forgot at first to add the range bonus' in and i don't feel like it now =P lemme be a little bit lazy Concentrating on defense/minimal mage helm: warriors Ammy: glory Chest: skeletal Legs: skeletal Boots: mystic boots Shield: broodoo Gloves: cooking gaunts Staff: toktz-mej-tal Cape: saradomin Ring: Optional, I didn't add as it still costs a lot (seer's ring) attack Defence stab + 24 stab + 120 slash + 18 slash + 116 crush + 69 crush + 127 Mage+50 mage + 58 range+/- ?? range +33 Concentrating on mage bonus Helm: split-bark Chest-skeletal Legs-skeletal Boots-mystic Shield-unholy book Gloves- split bark Staff- toktz-mej-tal Cape- any god cape Ring- None Ammy- magic attack Defence stab + 23 stab + 81 slash + 7 slash + 72 crush + 63 crush + 88 Mage+ 65 mage + 58 range+/- ?? range + New sigzor^^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
