jasignhagj
Hmm. What graphics chip/card do you have? If you don't know, press winkey+r, type dxdiag, and show us a screenie of the display tab.
rangers5000
Its nothing to do with gaphics i think since i got 100dung on the same comp think its intel graphic
jasignhagj
It sounds very much like a graphics issue to me, especially if you are playing on an old intel chipset. Try on some other browsers and try reinstalling java first so we can rule those out though.
Sy_Accursed
*face palm* @ its nothing to do with graphics cause it was fine before. By that logic nothing is wrong at all as you haven't changed your system. It does some very much like a graphics issue and/or an overheating issue; since graphics is the easiest to look at online its a good first port of call for us to try n spot the issue. If that shows no results theres fair chance you need better air flow, a dust clean out or a fan has died. Guy
There are literally millions of things that can make your computer freeze suddenly. Does audio stop at the same time as the video? Personally I had this problem with a friends computer, and I solved it by turning off a power saving setting in the BIOS, although if this is a prebuilt I doubt that would be the problem (let alone would the BIOS give you control of that). Take a look inside of your tower and clean out any dust that's in there. Even if it doesn't work, it will do good. Uninstall and reinstall java regardless of whether or not you think you have the latest version. Same with swiftkit. I hate to state the obvious, but have you tried other browsers? The chance that it is a swiftkit issue is slim, but it's something that is easy to rule out. Does this happen with any other aspects of the game, especially cutscenes or any other graphically intensive time? Perhaps you could run 3D Mark 11 to see if it freezes then, to narrow the problem down to a graphics issue (which, I agree is probably what's gone wrong). Unfortunately with intel integrated graphics, you're kinda stuck replacing them unless you buy a dedicated card.
