May 26, 201115 yr I know it doesn't seem to be anywhere near but I would be so tempted to wait until a new skill came out then train it normally for however many weeks it is until you can use dragonkin lamps on it and then shoot straight to the top 100 or lower in the new skill .. New skill isn't coming out for a long time apparently, the new skill will most likely be several times faster than runecrafting also.

June 5, 201115 yr Any new skills released may have a cap for X weeks like Dungeoneering, so that people who had Penguin Points saved up, etc, wouldn't be able to jump to 1st place. But perhaps if you've trained normally after that month or so, that would be a good idea :) In any case, that's a very impressive bank!
