tigershelby2
So Kuradal gave me an iron dragon task. Normally, I skip metal dragons except miths, but I decided to do it just for kicks. What would be the fastest way to kill them with my stats? I have mid level gear (barrows and whip/d scim) and I can get some more things if I need to. Ive normally justt ranged these guys with anti fire pots (or whatever the lower level ones are called), but that seems kinda slow to me. Any help is much appreciated, maybe Ill stop skipping them. Cheat
I'd continue to skip them personally but to do them simply use a good stab weapon (perfect is Korasi's sword) and kill them in Kuradels dungeon. Use antifires and anti-dragon shield and pray piety + protect from melee. Pedicabo ego vos et irrumaboMinigames: Level 5 in All Barbarian Assault Roles PM me in game or on these forums to play. tigershelby2
So if I went with a brackish blade, some prayer boosting gear, and an inv of anti fires/ppots, I could do it without any food? LitterBug
Depends on how many you bring. Bring a Korasi for the spec. Since your herblore isn't very high - you obviously can't but, but generally: for metal dragons (more importantly steel/mithrils) bring a ddef and super anti-fires.I noticed that the difference in accuracy is pretty noticeable. meb
Even without access to super antifire potions they are doable with a Zamorakian spear (back when I still played the best stab weapon) and regular antifires. I wore full proselyte and prayed melee and piety. They were really fast. Quyneax
With your stats it's not going to be a very fast task, but you can use a combination of prayer and strength/accuracy gear and Korasi's (damage output is more important) and just pray melee + piety, makes fairly short work of irons. Korasi shreds iron dragons with piety pretty easily.
