1. How much slower for me would c1 rushing all my floors be? I'm currently trying to get about 7000 more tokens for a scroll of cleansing. Right now I'm just c6 small soloing every floor, but it gets tedious. C1 rushing I find much more fun and I can usually do a C1 in about 3-7 minutes. I *know* it isn't the most efficient, I'd just like to know how much less efficient it is.

 

2. Drop rate on SSH? I've heard 1/40, 1/60, etc. Anyone have any definitive answer to this?

 

3. I'm going for around 87-88 herblore for extreme attacks and strengths after I get SoC. I have about 21m cash. I do MTK, dailies, and sometimes farm. What is my best plan of attack for getting herb up? I've looked at calcs and super attacks are around 10 gp/xp, so I'd need around 35-40m total to get the necessary level.

 

4. How much worse is a gorgonite baxe than a gorgonite 2H?

 

5. Is there any boss available to me at 80's melee (71 range, 85 mage, 70 prayer, 68 summ)?

C1ing everything is not worth it because at a certain level, the time spent on the floor is proportional to the xp gained, which means you should do those floors as c6s, preferably larges.

4. How much worse is a gorgonite baxe than a gorgonite 2H? Baxe should only be considered at 99 Atk, where primal baxe would be recommended (if you know proper room-clearing strategies as discussed in a thread about 3rd Binds.

1. Don't do C1's for XP . People do C1's because those lower floors are not worth the time to do a C6 on. Attempt to find a team that C6 rushes the lower floors to gain XP.

 

2. I've personally found it to be around 1/30.

 

3. If money is what you're lacking, you'll have to stick to super attacks. However, super antifires are a nice alternative if you don't mind collecting the feathers. I suggest a broom w/tele for collecting feathers if you do.

 

4. Mole and revs. Mole drops the hide, which can be traded for nests, which are pretty high GE value atm. Revs drop good items if you stay there consistantly.

Its alot less efficient, but on RS fun>efficiency

I'd say maybe 1/45 or so

Continue doing the said things, and maybe try doing bandos gwd or dragons of some sort.

I'm not to sure how 'worse' it is, but I highly recommend binding the 2H

Bandos & Zamorak GWD might be alright at your level with a team. Not much of a boss hunter myself, so I'm not to sure of any others.

Im going for extremes myself, but I however do not lack the resources. I´ll most likely be doing super def (comes out at around 17 or 18gp/xp but buying supps is slow) because the xp is 50% faster than super attacks. Which are the way to go when you want to save money.

 

Bossing at your level: Revs or Barrows. Mole is good too, get yourself some cheap xp with those nests ;). Win/win situation.

 

I have no clue on DG, sorry.

 

Edit: Snap farming is really good, even without juju. Steady income.

Firstly, some of the previous posts offer false information.

 

1. As fire mentioned, C1's, are much slower. I'd say that they're roughly 75% of the speed compared to a VERY slow w117 team (at around your dg level). If you have a couple people that know how to dg, c1's are comparatively trash.

 

2. I'm unaware of an exact drop rate. It varies largely. Some people have gotten before 70 dg and others have 5+ million exp before it drops.

 

3. Use the lowest gp/xp potion until you can makes super antis/extremes. Stew if you wish. Grimy's spreadsheets are excellent for this purpose. Xp/gp ratios tend to change daily.

 

4. If you don't have a third bind unlocked, use a 2h. Period.

 

5. KBD/Mole. You can do a couple of GWD bosses in a larger group, however you won't make any money.

Dg I don't really know too much about, bossing I'm still learning. But when I went for extremes, I ended up stewing and using the logout trick making a few spec restores, and a bunch of super antifires then ext atk and str, then the xp weekend in March was announced. I then saved all my herbs and continued stewing, just doing the highest pot i could for the most xp during the weekend, going from 86ish-91 in maybe 2.5 hours of playtime O_O :thumbsup:

If you don't mind the cost, you could train using Super Def or Super Restores to 85, then make like 1k Super Antifires, 3k Spec Restores (this should get you 88), then make 1k Extreme Atk and Str (the extreme atj should get you 89). If it doesn't get you 89, just make more Super Def/Restores.

Currently, my best gp/xp with a reasonable xp amount is still super attacks. Anything else I should consider if I am focused almost entirely on cost (nothing too inefficient though)?

What did you do from my level?

 

Oh sorry, misread somewhere. I'm pretty sure i did random potions here and there, but mostly super attack and strengths, and p pots. As well as super restores, reg antifires, and Saradomin brew's. If you grow your own belladonna and/or poison ivy, then weapon poison++ isn't too bad either.
