Like Cheezy just said... 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.
July 1, 201115 yr Primal can't be smithed, you need to ask for promethium, and as mentioned, unless attack is significantly lower than defence, get a 2hander, not a maul.
