Only get the maul if you're 99 str with low attack (i.e 70 att). Like Cheezy just said... 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
