i feel that each clan will have its own teleport. the rock location will be used as where they can be chosen, like POH.

 

Would be a plausible idea, but...

 

A teleport in the middle of a Castle War game?

This is where my idea of it just being the locations, not the actual spot of the rock being teleport locations.

 

Heck maybe Jagex's idea of tiers will make it to where t7 citadels will have a portal room with portals to all the locations. This would be most suitable for general community clans. PKing clans would be fine with just the edgeville spot.

I missed the strange power, and now this :thumbdown: . Looks neat though even though I don't like the idea of clan citadels.
