Triple Charms

I have never done this, but I want to get a yak, so it sounds like a good idea to do this...

I have no interest in bursting lobs, cause I am pretty sure that invovles luring, which I dont care for.

How do I do familiarisation, which is how I think you get triple charms???/

And.

what do I do for that period of time, just slay, or wait to use this triple charms for a certain task?

you do "familiarisation" - basically you get turned into a summoning familiar and you run around grabbing shards

it's useful having the auto run thing (from the spa)

after it, you can claim a 40 minute reward

everything you kill in that time will drop triple charms

some things you might wnat to try:

1.) waterfiends (AC/CT)

2.) black demons

Don't mean to hijack this thread completely, but would they be worth familiarising if you can't afford to Cannon?

Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.

Black demons, definitely not. Waterfiends are best not cannoned.

Runeshark did waterfiends in chaos tunnels with a freind to help (He dealt 50%+ damage and the friend finished them while he moved on) and he was able to get an outstanding 421 crimson charms in 38 minutes.

If you want to make the most of the bonus i would recommend you pay a high level friend to do the same for you.

Or you could just do waterfiends by yourself and still get a considerable amount of charms.

421 isn't even that much - my best is 408 or so in that time, and that was just me and an iron titan, not even maxed stats or a steel titan.

What interested me is that they both used zamorakian spears and i'm fairly certain they both have a chaotic maul.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but what is the most efficient weapon to use at waterfiends?

These are the top contenders in my opinion. I always thought it went Maul > SS > ZS > Rapier

Full dharoks is pretty good too if you use a uni and summoning potions to heal when necessary.

Ohhh... Think i just realised why he didn't use a chaotic maul. He wanted to get over 50% and move on ASAP, the mauls slow hits wouldn't let him do this as well as the spear and perhaps he valued that difference over the maul's DPS advantage, if there is one.

The best weapon is the maul in my opinion, though rapier is really close, probably as good as or better than the ss (at 99 attack). Maul is easy to use with picking up drops etc.

As for using zspears, I don't really get it - the charm gatherer would be better off using a maul, as overkill isn't really an issue for him. For the person finishing them off, surviving is an issue because they are constantly soul splitting fiends at below half health, which reduces the amount of health they get, but then again all damage is spread across two persons anyway. Ideally I'd say both players should use titans with scrolls, and I imagine 500+ is possible, if not 600.
