Wessan
Which combat stats are you wanting to "finish"? Prayer? Magic? Range? Attack? Strength? Defense? These levels determine what would be best for you. Also, depending on which stats you want to train, the ideal weapon to use may be different considering you say you have low Dungeoneering. Powerfrog
You should train dungeoneering to 80 and get yourself a chaotic maul. This should get a few cb levels. Now you're going to max out melee at waterfiends. This is only 60-70k xp an hour (+30k hp) but you'll be getting something invaluable, crimson charms. By the time you get max melee, depending on the levels you started at, you should have enough charms for 96 summoning, probably less as you are a fairly high combat level already. Prayer is obvious, get money, buy bones, use on altar. You should cannon cave crawlers in the desert slayer dungeon for rather nice range xp, and more importantly, a lot of effigies and some charms. This will help you max out summoning and possibly other skills such as prayer and herblore if you are not interested in training more annoying skills such as runecrafting. Magic can simply be done by casting your highest level standard spell and alching inbetween casts for extra xp. With firesurge at metal dragons in max mage this can get over 225k/hour experience an hour.

Cannoning cave crawlers would cost a lot and probably not be as fast as simply chinning to 99.And also, i think using string jewellery or plank make would be better than firesurging metal dragons. OP: I would slay to max CB, but get a Rapier first. Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous. LitterBug
Well, I find that charms are kind of annoying to get. There's no real fast way to get them (even looking at bursting rock lobs/waterfiends) It really does depend on what OP wants to train and what the stats are right now.Slayer is always good to train because you can't really train it any other way but I understand that some people would rather camp a monster then go around killing specified amounts of each monster. Quyneax
If you don't value slayer xp, slayer is inferior to just camping monsters for effigies, charms, drops etc. So waterfiends are good, black demons would be great at lower stats but it doesn't seem like you can get a decent killrate with all the bots. Kalphites might be good because you get lots of blue charms along with range and melee xp, and they're easy to camp.
