January 15, 200620 yr So I was at the cave crawlers doing a burthrope task, and I finished, I was carrying 2 water runes, 3 law runes, and 5 air runes so that when I get an assignment I can tele to the appropriate location. Anyway, I teleported to ardoune to go to shilo, I appeared in the marketplace, and before I had time to move again, I teleported to lumbridge! (yes my accept aid is off) And the weird part is I still have 5 air runes. There's no explanation to this, it's weird as hell, and I'm not making any of it up. Runescaper (off and on) since late 2001
January 15, 200620 yr Maybe you were low on health and ring of life teleported you if you had it on. Don't see what would trigger it unless you were poisoned.
January 15, 200620 yr Author Nope, I'm at 75 health, don't wear ring of life, and even if I did, I'm set to spawn in falador. Runescaper (off and on) since late 2001

The only difference is that I didn't teleport to another city, I just teleported to the same city a second time. It's happened to me twice in Ardougne and three times in Camelot. I didn't use up any extra runes when it happened either. One of the Camelot teleports was extremely weird, I just arrived and clicked on my watering can to fill it in the fountain and instead of selecting the can I teleported.
January 16, 200620 yr I've noticed lately that we can click "through" the menus when there is even a slight lagg involved. What i mean by this is that when i was training str on ogres and tried to eat, it opened up herblore guide even though my right hand menu was set on inventory. This could explain the teleport BUT it can't explain you not loosing the air runes. Besides, you cannot teleport to lumby if you don't have earth runes. so, it has to be a glitch... :? Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant: "If I live, I will kill you, If I Die, you are forgiven." Such is the Rule of Honor.
January 16, 200620 yr Perhaps as you teled out, or a second before, you got a random event that teleports you to a random map location, and it then sent you to lumby. We all know random events can hit you as you tele away from them, so perhaps this is another effect? Still, very odd. Raichase, quit Runescape. Time issues really, nothing against the game itself. Something had to go, and it happened to be the addictive game that costs money to enjoy :) Best of luck to all of my friends here!

But the Random would have had to appear before he even teleported, because they take quite a while to teleport you, plus they do follow you if you teleport.
January 16, 200620 yr That is quite odd, just sumbit the regular bug report and put the question in the big book of weird and unaswerable questions.

January 16, 200620 yr happened to me and i think you clicked teleport to many times and it teleported u twice but the second time used no runes one tiem i was in bank with glory and d med helm and rune full with zammy kite and i heard a swarm and i saw a red 84 hit above my head and i died !!!!!!!!!!!
January 16, 200620 yr That's so wierd. And it is possible for you to get a random event but it would stop you from teleporting if you got it when you clicked on teleport.

January 16, 200620 yr Maby its clicking through the menus due to lag (like someone already said), BUT since yur not actually on the mage menu, it does use the runes. Thes the only excuse I could think of for not using runes, and for teleing to lumby without earths.
