Some_oldgoat
Hey guys, thanks for viewing the topic, any help would be largely appreciated! So basically I have been a Runescape player for a long period of time and I quit about two years ago and since have been in and out of the game. But with all the recent updates and everything I have decided to get back into the game. And I need some advice on what to level, what quests you feel are necessary to complete and how I would create more cash! My Levels Attack 88Defence 84Strength 90Constitution 88Ranged 79Prayer 70Magic 77Cooking 99Woodcutting 69Fletching 76Fishing 78Firemaking 71Crafting 66Smithing 57Mining 59Herblore 55Agility 56Thieving 55Slayer 67Farming 43Runecrafting 41Hunter 64Construction 55Summoning 38 Also I have £10M cash, with basic armor, Rune, and some defenders and stuff, so I will need to re armor myself with weaponry. Dragon Scimitar and Abyssal Whip. I was wondering how much is a decent set up these days? I will also need to turn that £10M cash into at least £20M - £40M GP are there any tips/methods to do this that you recommend? Thank you all very much in advance, I will do my best to keep the topic updated! Tommy.
JPMC Mate
Try getting a Chaotic Rapier from Dungeoneering. Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous. Some_oldgoat
Thanks for the reply, are there any others? I really need some tips so I can hit the ground running, I know there are many guides on the website and they prove helpful. But I just need an overall opinion, maybe a one size fits all guide sort of thing. Thanks again!
Quyneax
A good thing to start up is a steady flow of money that gives you enough cash to cover your basic daily expenses such as teleports and prayer potions. Farming herbs and Manage Thy Kingdom are excellent for this. brad1431
they arent that great, any time that everyone says the same way to make money is good, everyone does it and makes it less profitable. like dailies, I used to be able to sell the arrows for like 100 each, now it is only low 60's cause of the supply from everyone doing it, because everyone keeps suggesting for more people to do it, just like farming. Everyone says farm Snaps, and the price has gone from 13-14K each to like $6K each, once something becomes the "best" way to make money, it ceases to be so because eveyone starts doing it, causing the supply to jump. The only real ways to make any decent money anymore is to get lucky in a PVM drop, get lucky staking/dicing, or merching....
Quyneax
Herbs drop because of bots, not because of a huge influx of farmers. LitterBug
Herbs drop because of bots, not because of a huge influx of farmers.^^ Broad arrows still sell for about 100 eachYou can always fletch broad bolts (75k xp/hr) when you have some extra time when hunter or something.^Broad bolts are slightly profitable as well. You don't need to buy all the broad bolts, but you can buy maybe 1.5-2k of it.

Sir_Squab
Altho I haven't seen this suggested in a long time, barrows can still be a pretty good money maker. Black Salamanders are an effective way to kill the melee brothers and you can just melee the other two. I'm not sure how effective a way to make money this is, but you can easily find a method that will break even or make a s wmall profit every run. The reason I suggest this is because, due to the nature of barrows, you don't have to worry about overcrowding. It is (in my opinion) fairly fun. Other then that, still do the herb farming, mtk, whatever other dailies you want; and your next big skill goal should probably be summon. Once you get semi-decent armour and weapons, you should start up slayer for getting charms. There are better ways then slayer for charms, but at your level slayer works fine and most (if not all) of the other methods require higher summoning or a lot of money. Squab unleashes Megiddo! You know you wanna see it.]my difinition of noob is i dont like u, either u are better then me or u are worst them meBuying spins make you a bad person...don't do it. It's like buying nukes for North Korea.Well if it bothers you that the game is more fun now, then you can go cry in a corner. :shame:your article was the equivalent of a circumcized porcupineThe only thing wrong with it is the lack of a percentage for when you need to stroke it. Sona
Slayer might be the best option, looking at your stat distribution. Getting a Chaotic will help with slayer, though, so it's your choice.
