haimonek Posted September 11, 2011 Share Posted September 11, 2011 I got my top after 1.8m thieving xp. Not sure how much I've done since. (I think around 2M) And imo, it's way too rare. About the xp bonus. You don't get bonus xp at plunder nor blackjacking/monkey knife fighters. So if you're getting it while training your thieving it's a fun little outfit you get as a bonus.
