Taking a break. I need input.

I'm taking a break for 2 or 3 months and i want to get rid of a few things that i don't really need. I only skill these days, with the occasional trip to TDs, DKs and Bandos and every now and then i'll Duo Arma with a friend. I have Armadyl, full Bandos. Void (Ranger + Melee), Void Deflector, Fury, Zerker, Archer, DFS and all the other basics.

After maxing i'll go back to Slayer and the aforementioned "bosses". Is there any reason for me to keep Armadyl Skirt and Helm? Any reason to keep the Bandos Chestplate? I'll most likely go back to using either Proselyte or a Verac Skirt + Proselyte Chest when i get back to slaying. The bosses i do don't require the use of a Bandos Chestplate nor Arma Skirt and Helm.

Is there any reason to keep these items?

EDIT: I have about 2k Snapdragons that i've farmed over the past week or two. What would be a good price to put them in the G E for? Not really bothered if they take a few weeks to sell, i just don't want to come back in a month or two and find that none of them have sold. I was thinking 6 000 - 6 500?

Well there's no need for those items, but you definitely don't want to slay in Verac's if you can afford Bandos.

I can imagine items such as bandos rising a fair bit in the coming weeks as more and more of the people that sold them for merching/skilling materials over the weekend buy them back. I can't say how they'll fare in 3 months though, especially if a new boss is released by then (hahahah, yeah, right.)

It's probably best to unload your bank to buy a rare (halloween hat/santa/etc)

Bandos are going to go down, (as is most armor) and even more so if a new boss with better gear is release.

Bandos is already one of the most crowded GWD bosses and it's not like bandos chestplates/tassets are really getting taken out of the game.

I also can't really see massive amounts of people holding bandos armor to decrease supply

As you'll be only absent for a couple of days, decide whether you can cope with the "loss" from your armour getting worth more or less.

Why sell the items if you'll come back within a few months? You're not going to losse 100s of millions in justa few months time.

Selling things i don't really need/use now or won't need/use for a long time because i'm giving whatever i get for selling it to a friend who recently got hacked/keylogged. Figured the money would be put to better use that way.

Question added to OP.

If you're giving the money to a friend you might as well just give him the items and give him the choice between selling them or keeping them. (Make sure he checks his computer for keyloggers first so it doesn't just go right back to the scammer)

I have no idea about herb prices but i was clean/flipping them last night and struggled to buy snaps at 5000 at times, which implies they were being bought for higher. I think you can afford to be a little greedy seeing as you have so long to wait and prices tend to flactuate a lot. (Would it be absolutley impossible to log in for a minute just to quickly check on them somewhere inbetween the break?)

Nah would be more than possible. I was thinking of logging in maybe once or twice a day, try and flip a bit. But there's always the chance that i'll not be able to logg in for a week or two at all
