October 5, 201114 yr so do i need prayer/super anti-fire? :-)You don't need anything if you safespot them as they do not have a ranged attack. I wouldn't advise ranging them though. If killing for effigies/profit, just rapier them much faster. If killing for range xp, just chin it so much faster.
October 5, 201114 yr I'd recommend ranging them in melee range, luring into the cannon. Use the setup Sinkhan outlined, with ccb/bane bolts, rigour, protect melee, superantifire, extreme ranged potions or overloads. The best spot is in the evil chicken's lair, in the narrow passage between the central rock and the west wall. You can replace deflector with void top and use the sighted bow I suppose.
