I hope this is allowed. So I've been trying to figure out what song this riff is from for ages, but no one seem to know. So I have recorded the bit now, so if you feel like curing my frustration, download this. It's the slow part I'm asking for.

I think it's an Alice in Chains song. It sounds familiar but can't get to the name.

mm it does sound a bit like dirt but its a low quality clip and too short for me to be sure.

Hmm, okay. Is this a new song? Because the clip I recorded it from was the one where Dimebag was 16 - and that was a few years ago.

Alright, I just listened to the Alice In Chains song, and it's not that. Thanks for the help though!

Or if you can't figure out the song, you can always try to tab the part he plays for me -- which is probably kinda hard due to the poor quality. :P

Just letting you know, I've figured out what song it was from: Ozzy Osbourne - Suicide Solution, when Randy Rhoads does that totally mindblowing solo at the end (at least in the live version.) I heard it earlier today.
