No. Honestly, depending on other gear, Zammy book can be better then mages book. Course, it's also uber expensive these days... Honestly tho, I'd say get a minimum of 10 prayer, preferably 15. Also, Arcane Stream is the best necklace to get (for mage) so if you can, get one. Squab unleashes Megiddo! Completed all quests and hard diaries. 75+ Skiller. If you plan on getting 70 prayer eventually, the sooner is better for sure.And yes, bringing the runes for blood barrage would be a good idea.
