Getting Java to run online in a saved web file

I know somebody will help me with this query. I have saved the HTML file of World 66 on my desktop so that when I double click it, it should run RuneScape. However when I do click on it, I get the red X Java icon because the computer thinks that I am offline, but I am connected to the internet. anyone got any suggestions on what I could do? PS I hope this is legal lol.

Thanks

That's not legal, and it wont work even if you could.

Just make a shortcut to point to the world66 url. The runescape applet wont load unless the refferer is runescape.com ;)

lol its nothing to do with javascript and frames. Thats the script that stops you direct linking to different pages. the world pages are different.
