You must be wearing headphones when listening to it to get the full effect, but it sounds more realistic than any 5.1 surround sound system. You can hear sounds in any direction and above and below you with any regular pair of headphones. (I find it works a bit better with earbuds) http://www.2loop.com/hsound.html I found myself actually tracking the box of matches with my eyes as it moved. Might even sound real to people that don't know it's coming from speakers if it works just like it did with headphones. It has to do with the way they record it, basically sticking microphones inside a replica of a human head to emulate the way something sounds after it passes through your ear canal. more info Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
