Buying Herblore Levels

I recently came upon 13.6m. Whats the best way to buy herblore levels?

I know it isn't a lot, but even getting it to level 80 sounds like a god-send.

I'm level 68 at the moment from just frugally cleaning herbs, but this method becomes more ridiculous the higher leveled you are.

 

I'm not looking for speed, but I'm not raising a child here either.

On Grimy's spreadsheets, all you really need to be concerned about are columns O & P. Column Q is just O/P so it can relate between them.

 

You want a high xp/hr and a low gp/hr. You can afford ~9 gp/xp, so making potions is out of the question for the most part.

Serum 207s seem to be the cheapest option but you will have to drop/empty them manually as they cannot be noted and cannot be traded.

Alternatively you could simply sacrifice 1 bank slot and keep them for the time being. I have 1 slot of them in my bank from when I trained from 75-80 way back when.

I had 14k in my bank from first bxpw. Then I just slowly started emptying them while idling at the GE. First I decanted them into 4 dosers then I emptied them, about 500 vials a day. Sold the vials before their crash in price fortunately.
