Is Global RS hacked by the same hacker of tip.it?? it says 'Led-Zeppelin' but 'Toil' which both were on the hackers page when tip.it was hacked!!

Honestly us Tip.Iters can't answer that. You would probably have to ask those in charge of the site to see what's going on. Sorry this happened to them! :(

I've removed 2 links from your opening post since they link to a website that promotes bug abuse, hacking, etc. The forum rules state (I've highlighted in red the relevant part):

 

Unapproved 3rd Party Clients and Rulebreaking Content on Outgoing links are not permitted

 

This includes but is not limited to:

• Links to downloads or hosting sites for unapproved 3rd party clients (pictures taken with Swiftkit are permitted provided that no links are provided to download the application)
• Programs that manipulate the RuneScape cache (pictures of the cache are permitted so long as they do not discuss how they were obtained)
• Links to sites that contain physical content that violates RuneScape Rules in any way, shape, or form
  • Sites that contain advertisements linking to other rulebreaking sites are permitted with the understanding that these are not a part of the website's content and there is limited control that site owners have over such advertisements.

If anyone has any questions concerning this, you can pm myself or another mod/admin.

You can still get a virus (as I have) without JavaScript on.

If you mean the Global-RS website, it's fine and completely virus free.
