Frost dragons help. ;_;

Recently I just started doing frost dragons, died alot, but manage to figure how to do them. Now my main problem is extending trips.

My current equipment is full bandos with rapier and dfs. Inventory setup: 4-5 prayer potions, 2 antifires, cannonball, about 10-15 monkfish and EE.

I only have the summoning level for a terror bird, and I often find myself running out of food. I pray mage when they use Mage, and have SS on when they range. Is this a proper method to use?

Any suggestions will be nice.

You should try to SS flash as often as possible, instead of just SSing the range dragons. They can hit pretty hard sometimes, so just relying on the range dragons for healing is a bit silly. I personally SS flash whenever I can, even when I'm at full health, just to keep the "momentum" going when I do finally get hit.

SS flash constantly, use superantifires, extremes.

Everything else sounds fine aside from tbird. BOB # of slots change the speed a lot, and banking (since it's out of the way by a long shot) is really what slows down your trips.

Definitely bring stat-boosting pots. Idk why you wouldn't. And use bandos if you can.

Also heard that void elite isn't bad but seriously not worth it unless you're yakking and have ovl.

I forgot to mention the super str and super atts I bring. I rely on EE for the def bonus.

The mage dragons seem to hit pretty hard, that's the main reason why I don't SS flash on them. Currently my quick-prayers are Turm + SS, then I off them and turn on mage/range depending on what dragon I'm going against. Am I doing it right?

Whenever I do frost trips, I just switch my prayers accordingly to the dragons ranging or maging. Their melee rarely hits and doesn't hit as hard as their range/mage attack. Just SS flash whenever you need to heal up, the food and EEE should keep you held up though and you shouldn't need to SS as much

I don't have SS or Turm, so i go regular prayers.

12 swordies,

2 doses of extremes

3 doses of exterem antifire

14 doses of PP

12 swordies

cannon

1k balls

mint cake (for energy restore when running in)

war tort

Constantly piety and prot from mage, i dont range prot at all. Prossy top, veracs bottom, torag helm, crapier, dragon defender and warrior ring.

Depending on the trip, I sometimes I have a lot of food over, sometimes only a few, but I never die.

the only thing you have to watch out for is when they have that reflect dmg or w/e around them. That can hurt, usually in trips first 1-2 drags have it, then for the whole trip only 1 or two more.

In one tort, I can do 3 trips. I have found that to be best setup for me, should get bandos but meh.
