His statement may have come off a bit harsh sounding, but it's more or less true. There is no reason to do a deal any place other than a bank. Period. Don't go to the Lumbridge Swaps and don't go into the wilderness with cash / valuable items. If I would have fallen for this one, I wouldn't even bother reporting the guy, it'd be my bad for being a sucker, lesson learned. Heck, I don't even report people when they take items out at the last minute of a trade. If I don't bother too look closely enough at the second trade window to notice, then too bad for me. People need to spend less time reporting others and more time being more careful and using common sense.
