Few Questions about 99s and QPC

Ok guys so i had a couple questions about 99s/ skillcapes / the quest point cape

1) About how difficult is it to obtain the quest point cape?

2) About how long might it take?

3) Is it better to go for one 99 or a few 90 stats?

4) Which would my time be better spent on :

i) Questing (hopefully for cape)

ii) Getting 90 in hunt/str or some other melee stat

Thats all for now, thanks in advance for your answers =)

1/2 Not difficult but it does take awhile as it requires not only the quests but also the skills required to do said quests. I can't give you an accurate figure of time, unfortunately.

3 It depends on what your goal is. If you want a 99, get it. If you plan to max out or raise your total level and have overall high stats, it would be better to invest in multiple skills in the 90s.

4 Honestly, both are worth spending the time to do. It depends on your playstyle and, again, what your goals are.

I hope I helped.

Thanks a lot, by 90 vs 99 i actually meant which would allow me to use more content... like in a lot of skills after 96 there isnt much incentive for the 99, eg herblore which after ovls is only a loss of $$

So is the 99 really worth the effort when instead i could get 90+ in another skill

Summoning is a great 99 to have along with herblore since you'll have plenty of overloads. It's not really a loss of money since you'll want to have a nice stock anyway.

Other than that, most skills are nice to have 90+ for DG.

Personally, I'm heavily biased towards 90s cape so I would encourage you to work on that. 90s cape > any trimmed skillcape by a long shot.

Working on max and completionist capes.

99 Summoning is by far the most useful 99, considering the difference between 80/90/96 and 99 in each skill. All 90s is still better but also much harder to achieve. Personally I'd go for all 80s along with the quest cape.

I'd suggest doing the skills you find most fun last and the ones you least like first so that you can have something to look forward to.

Try using a different master for a different set of tasks?

Defender of Varrock is the quest which unlocks Armoured Zombies and they're pretty good xp/hour and have the chance of dropping champion scrolls.

haunted mine + hunt for surok?

-> salve amulet is one main reason training is supposed to be so good there

If you're talking about the Salve Amulet (e), it's the Haunted Mine + The lair of Tarn Razorlor. :)
