No, they are neither good xp nor good money at your level. It's generally recommended to get 90+ before starting grenwalls. If you want a way to get to isfadar, you can charter a ship to Port Tyras or run through the Arandar Pass, which is west of Ardougne and southwest of Gnome Stronghold if I remember correctly.
