I saw some people trying to draw hands using dithering, and I thought It'd help some of ya to show how I would do it.. :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

nothing too fancy just a 'peace' handsignal.. took 5 minutes.

dithering is basicly highlighting certian bits with darker colours to represent shadowing

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

its pretty simple actually

so its just a different way to shade, looks cool. Was that done only in paint?

Dithering is when you suggest a gradual color change by approximating 2+ colors together.
