That's a pretty good setup all on its own for a pure skiller. Why not get the wizzy g hat to go with it? Unless you've got mad stacks of cash, then get a yellow phat to complete the ensemble. :P

 

Perhaps you should see Thessalia in the Varrock clothes shop. The basic clothes can look pretty good all on their own and don't weigh anything.

 

Ultimately, it's up to you and what you think looks good.

You can replace the d'hide vambs, rune hatchet, and Book of Balance with whatever you want to, and you should substitute the skillcape with just a standard green cape. This looks really cool with the camo hat as well.
