To liquidate, or not?

Basically, the poll says it all. I want to know what would be best to do. I dont really care if I make it ahead cash wise, but I dont want to fall behind from what I have because the items that were good and expensive crashed in price and effectiveness.

Honestly, money is pointless if it's just sitting in your bank not seeing use. I have the terrible habit of just keeping my wealth in cash form; even if i'm not saving for something. When it could be invested into items that make the game more fun.

Cash out if you're worried or have a lot of really expensive gear (Corp. Shields, Nex Armours etc.).

 

The most important thing to do is NOT invest in any expensive gear for a while after beta goes live, because there will be huge price fluctuations.

I've personally been investing my bank into near alch price useful items. Best case scenario, they multiply in price and i get rich. Worst case scenario, i lose very little.

 

Ok worst worst case scenario, jagex remove alching from the game and I'm screwed, but that's not gonna happen... Right? ...Right? Oh god.

 

Edit: I do believe that nex gear will remain overpowered, in fact possibly even more so if gano/none melee armour gets a much deserved nerf.

I believe that either, A. the armour will rise as people let their minds get the better of them and think the armours will be awesome until the new ones are released and so you can sell them just before the new armours when they peak. OR

B. They will continue to rise in price until new armours are released, then we find out new armours suck (from beta) and they don't get tweaked to be better on release and you get to keep the high level high priced armour. It's win win imo.
