June 30, 201214 yr Nechs are a good option if you're looking for crimsons aswell (and drops!), but ape atoll will still be best for experience and doesn't have slayer requirement unlike nechs.
June 30, 201214 yr Nechryael are located in the chaos tunnel and require 80 slayer to kill. Since you don't have that, I'd heavily recommend killing the skeletal monkeys under Ape Atoll. Of course, you could also cannon while slaying, which would be more efficient.

Back when nechs were break even/profit they were worth doing certain incomes, more so if you value pray exp from urns and crimson charms.
