Gaining money for 95 pray & 94 herblore

Featured Replies

Hi,

I started up my account once again - to see how far I can go currently; my goal is still simply 95 pray & 94 herblore. And my question is: what are considered strong money gaining activities?

I currently don't own much equipment (whip, eee, verac bottom, fighter torso, dragon defender & neitiznot is all that's left) and "only" 25M cash.

First they came to fishing

and I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing

Then they came to the yews

and I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews

Then they came for the ores

and I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores

Then they came for me

and there was no one left to speak out for me.

Farming, naturally.

Glacors, too.

Frost dragons.

Nex as well but not at your stats.

Finally, the fight kiln.

Well I just saw a kiln guide (made by ahappyseeker), and a quick glance over the gear & items showed me 'uuuuh, this is pretty far away'. Is fighting the kiln feasible/decent with extremes? I really wish not to use overloads (don't want to stew constantly).

When I was in a chatroom I was told glacors are "terrible" money as the prices have crashed mostly? Same for frosts I guess (is it even worth it to bring a cannon with all these bots & wasting balls on kills-by-bots)?

Happy's Kiln guide is honestly meant for maxed players, but the kiln is doable in welfare gear with no overloads/extremes/supers (taking 3 or 4 times longer of course and therefore not good gp/hr). Your best bet would be to do Frost Dragons along with farming. And as far as Glacors go, I actually heard the opposite of what you said. The Glacor boots have been going back up ever since being confirmed better than Nex boots in offensive stats.

The reason you want a cannon at frosts, is to attract the frosts to you otherwise it is more difficult to maintain kills (cannon makes it harder for people to spot steal)

Well last time I went to dragons everytime after 15 minutes there were at least 2 other cannons set up.... But as said that's over 6 months ago...

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat.

Extreme kilns with uni/tort are 4-5m/hour. Do them.

Glacors are 4m/hour too atm and great charms. Frosts are under 2m/hour.
