October 18, 201213 yr Good question, I used mine on all my lower skills, proud to say everything is 65 or higher now.I was tempted to put everything on range and try to get closer to 99 but I enjoy range too much and I will get there on my own. I am not so great with some skills so they were my lowest summoning for one.
