I have 10m to spend, no access to overloads, extremes, chaotics, or any of the newer stuff. If all else fails I could find stuff from a few years ago, I figured I'd ask to see if any newer methods have come up. Thanks! P.S. In Flames ok Posted October 16, 2012 Share Posted October 16, 2012 From what I've heard, (have not tried) you could use the polypore staff to quickly get through the cave with much ease. the requirements for it is 80 magic, but not sure how much it costs. hope this helps. If you have trouble prayer switching, you can stock up on as much damage soak% for mage as you can and then protect range and soak the damage, but that will be tricky if you don't have the eagle eye kite shield. chenw Posted October 17, 2012 Share Posted October 17, 2012 You can try getting Ward of Subjugation for the Magic absorb, it isn't as much as Eagle-eye kiteshield (which gives 14%), it doubles as a decent mage off hand (+16 magic attack, +1 prayer, +1 magic damage and 6% magic Damage soak).
