Thoughts on Dragon Bones - Rise Or Crash?

Featured Replies

Neither. They seem pretty stable. But if anything, I'd assume they'd keep rising. Just go for it, they're at a pretty low price now.

I got 40m right now, but i still need a bit of money leftover to work with. D:

Bones will keep rising for as long as all viable moneymaking methods will require 95/+ prayer.

But won't they stop at a certain point cause if what you say is true then they could raise to 100k a bone..

Of course.

What happens when players with 95 prayer > players needing 95 prayer?

THE place for all free players to connect, hang out and talk about how awesome it is to be F2P.

So, Kaida is the real version of every fictional science-badass? That explains a lot, actually...

Bones will keep rising for as long as all viable moneymaking methods will require 95/+ prayer.

That's not true. The price increases when the change in demand exceeds the change in supply, not when demand exceeds supply. That is, the price will only increase if something increases the demand for prayer xp or decreases the supply of bones. The number of people who want 95 prayer isn't relevant.

Bones will keep rising for as long as all viable moneymaking methods will require 95/+ prayer.

"as long as all viable moneymaking methods will require 95/+ prayer."

Since I can think of 3-4 off the top of my head that don't require 95+ prayer, and make about a mil/hr(only including combat orientated methods) which I would personally conclude as "viable" does that mean bones will drop according to your logic?

And just to be, well me.

Corp/Nex/KK

None of these ==require== 95+ prayer unless you're solo'ing them. 1 of which is virtually impossible to solo.

And solo'ing bosses like Nex/Corp isn't good money.

Piety does perfectly fine at Nex and KK turmoil isn't required, and neither is soul split.

Helpful? Sure. Required? Not so much.

And corp?

The only thing you need to do corp with is prot magic, a zspear, and full void.

1m/hr is not a viable moneymaking method in the endgame RS.

It isn't?

You should take note of /what I mentioned/.

Because what I mentioned is the end game of RS.

And speaking honestly, its gp/hr rates are actually pretty terrible.

But it's fun and earns large amounts of cash suddenly. So people don't pay attention to that.

1m/hr is a conservative expectation of what you'd earn at KK/Nex/Corp with a group.

It's possible to earn 400m in an hour at nex. But once you consider all the other hours of grinding this boss, it averages out much much much lower than that.

QBD averages at around 3m/h

Nex is around 5m/h in small groups / 10m/h in duo...

Any numbers on how much /hour KK is?

Granted the prices are little wonky.
