At the end of the quest there are additional rewards.

I have been unable to pick up the Cithara in the reliquary. I have full prayer, run, no curses and 7 sara items.

 

Any ideas what i may be missing or is there an active bug?

are you wearing anything else? even if you are wearing 7 sara items, you will fail if you are wearing anything not related to saradomin

 

and what 7 items do you use?

You are wearing ring of visibility, right?

Ghost speak amulet

 

Citherede Hood, top, bottoms

Sara vambs, team cape, arrow, damaged sara book.

 

Full health, run, prayer.

 

Prayers, not curses.

 

Nothing in my inventory, not even coin.

Damaged books don't count.

 

Also Team Cape? Whats that?

 

And Mage book?

Hmm, sara book should be a sara book. 2 million to buy pages = 2 million to buy 50k prayer exp....mummble mumble.

That is alot of coin for quest reward.

Try Sara cape/staff from Mage arena. That should work. :)

Team cape does not work. Also have to be on plain magic if not already

can you not pick up the pages cheap as hell now?

Get the cape and staff from the Mage Arena. That should work. Or if you've done the Morytania tasks, you can use a Citharede Symbol instead of the Ghostspeak Ammy.
