All I used was MSpaint, and I don't think it looks half bad, but what do I know it's my first one.... A # rating from 1-10 would help.... You can download free trials of it i think or buy it for $100. If you get photoshop don't go to filter piles though. right now it looks like if you learn some more you could get preaty good. It's nice, clean, efficent. Basicly said it's easy to look at, even though the edges are rough (perhaps get rid of the black outlines, except for boarder).
