All I used was MSpaint, and I don't think it looks half bad, but what do I know it's my first one....

As for what else you could do to it, that really depends on what you like. You could try adding some shading to it, or try different colors... basically the idea is to have fun and create something that you can enjoy :D

Looks like what you need is photoshop, its very nice for a paint sig but plain and uninteresting. You can download free trials of it i think or buy it for $100.

If you get photoshop don't go to filter piles though.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

right now it looks like if you learn some more you could get preaty good. It's nice, clean, efficent. Basicly said it's easy to look at, even though the edges are rough (perhaps get rid of the black outlines, except for boarder). Would be much better than I think.
