And I pulled it off next time :) In case anybody with similar stats ever tries this, this is the setup I used (I didn't kill QBD, but I got it forged) Karil's CoifKaril's TopKaril's SkirtDragonfire Shield (Ranged)Spined BootsRoyal VambracesRing of LifeAmulet of GloryArmadyl Crossbow (Diamond Bolts E)Ava's3 Prayer Flasks, Super Ranging Pot, Antifire, rest sharks And a terrorbird full of sharks (Only reason I pulled it off) Thanks for the help everybody! Ammako Posted July 2, 2013 Share Posted July 2, 2013 I wonder if the QBD buff is what caused you to have so much trouble?Because I was able to do it easily on my noobier character when I was at like 70 Def ~70 Magic using Ahrim's with Wand of treachery and DFS (Magic)Only had to eat about 10 Monkfish :/ I guess having trouble dodging the fire walls really doesn't help.But congrats nonetheless. As the size of an explosion increases, the number of social situations it is incapabale of solving approaches zero. Ensure you are not a social situation. Way more than I'd like; probably used a couple thousand, thankfully I made some decent profit in between failed attempts, so I didn't burn through my entire cash stack. IDK, when I did it a few months ago it was pretty much the same: no drygores = taking lots of damage. Regardless of equipment and super anti and evading souls.
