September 8, 201312 yr while it is against the rules to trade rs gp for non-related rs items/services, there would be no way of ever knowing in all honesty unless you posted a thread about it on a forum anyway ... :?people donate gp to each other often in one sided trades, as long as it's not between your own accounts jagex can't really do much about it as it's not breaking the rules as such.
